The New England Brigade spring Camp of Instruction is a weekend in the field packed with exercises designed to get you in peak shape for the summer campaigning season.

Activities include:

  • Presentations on various aspects of military life, including uniforms, equipment, camp and garrison duties, customs of service, cooking, and administration
  • Lectures on tactics and operations, including branch-specific drill, military engineering, and combined-arms operations.
  • Field exercises including drills, camp duties, guard, and outpost duties
  • Presentations on various aspects of civilian life, including clothing, hair, jewelry, etiquette, occupations, and social life

Participants can choose from a multi-track schedule geared to the particular needs of their portrayal and designed to keep class sizes small and maximize hands-on time.
